时下,幼儿园中的各级各类评优活动特别多,诸如教师基本功竞赛、环境评比、幼儿文艺汇演、幼儿花样操比赛以及市、镇、片的各类督导、验收等等。举办这些活动的目的在于各园所之间工作的交流、借鉴,在于提高幼儿园的保教质量,提高教师的基本功和业务素养。真的达到了这些目的了吗?我对此颇有想法。 Nowadays, kindergartens in all levels of various types of appraisal activities particularly large, such as teacher basic skills competitions, environmental rating, children’s entertainment, children’s synchronized gymnastics games and the city, town, film various types of supervision, acceptance and so on.
