采用水相沉淀聚合法在不同的温度下合成了系列投料摩尔比为85/15的丙烯腈(AN)-丙烯酸甲酯(MA)共聚物(85/15 AN/MA),采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、熔体流动速率仪(MFR)对产物的热性能进行了分析。测试结果表明,85/15 AN/MA的熔融峰值温度在154~173℃之间,210℃时85/15 AN/MA的熔融指数在1.60~5.23之间。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子单纱强力仪(EYST)等对纤维的表观形貌、力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚合温度为30℃时,熔纺纤维表面致密且光滑,适合进行可熔融加工。
A series of acrylonitrile (AN) - methyl acrylate (MA) copolymers (85/15 AN / MA) with a molar ratio of 85/15 were synthesized by aqueous precipitation polymerization at different temperatures. Thermal analysis (DSC), melt flow rate (MFR) of the product’s thermal properties were analyzed. The results showed that the melt peak temperature of 85/15 AN / MA ranged from 154 ℃ to 173 ℃, and the melt index of 85/15 AN / MA at 210 ℃ was between 1.60 and 5.23. The morphology and mechanical properties of the fibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron single yarn strength tester (EYST). The results show that when the polymerization temperature is 30 ℃, the surface of melt spun fiber is dense and smooth, which is suitable for melt processing.
