我厂线切割机过去输入程序是采用光电输入机和手扳键输入。但光电输入有时不可靠,手键输入虽可靠,但每输入一道程序要扳键几十次,效率低。为了克服这样缺点,我们设计了按键式手输入线路(如图)。它的优点是输入效率高,每送一个数或指令只需按键一次,不必熟记扳键形式,减轻了劳动强度,线路简单可靠,可以极方便地加装在原机床控制台上。本线路原理比较简单。我们用50只二极管排成矩阵来编码,6组二极管都是接成负或门形式。每按一个键,通过二极管编码矩阵使I_1~I_5的相对应端输出-12V。而按下任何
