为巩固铁道部安全大检查活动取得的阶段性成果,本文收集总结2011年铁道部安全大检查期间天津卫生监督所辖区内存在问题,分析查找安全大检查后仍存在的食品安全薄弱环节,有的放矢地加强卫生监督工作,把安全大检查内容引向深入、完善的长效管理机制,落实铁道部“服务旅客、创先争优”的要求,推进和谐铁路的建设。
In order to consolidate the milestones achieved by the Ministry of Railways safety inspection activities, this paper collects and summarizes the problems existing in the area of Tianjin Hygienic Supervision during the safety inspection of the Ministry of Railways in 2011, and analyzes the weak points of food safety still existing after the safety inspection. We will step up hygiene supervision, introduce the content of the safety inspection to an in-depth and comprehensive long-term management mechanism, and implement the requirements of the Ministry of Railways, “Serving Passengers and Creating Excellent Results” so as to promote the construction of a harmonious railway.
