在学校这块育人的园地里,任何花朵的开放都离不开学生、家长与老师的通力配合。多年做班主任工作,我把它概括为六个字:引路、搭桥、服务。引路班主任工作就是为学生引路,当好学生成长道路上的引路人。即通过班级管理,对学生施加教育影响,使之逐步或为德、智、体全面发展的合格人才。怎样引路呢?
