采用三电极系统阳极清出伏安法，以0.02mol／LHC1－0．5mol／LNaCl为底液，测出党参中微量铅的含量为0．39±0.06μg／g，镉的含量为0．0198±0．0024μg／g，方法简便，灵敏度较高。通过对标准参考物质桃叶中铅、镉含量的测定，证明本法测定结果较准确。
The anodic stripping voltammetry using three-electrode system was used. The 0.02 mol/L HC1-0.5 mol/L NaCl was used as the bottom liquid. The trace lead content in Codonopsis pilosula was 0.39±0.06 μg/g, and the content of cadmium was 0. 0198±0.0024μg/g, simple method, high sensitivity. Through the determination of lead and cadmium content in peach leaves of standard reference materials, it is proved that the determination results of this method are more accurate.
