目的了解芜湖市市级医疗机构艾滋病筛查实验室现状,为提高检测质量和安全防护提供科学依据。方法通过调查问卷和实验室盲样考核,对实验室进行现况调查。结果2009年我市从事艾滋病检测的人员培训或复训率为58.33%,实验室仪器定期校准率为33.33%,开展实验室外部质量控制工作的只占44.44%,实验室生物安全设备不到位。但总体较2008年在各方面都有所提高。结论加强网络实验室建设和管理,提高实验人员的生物安全意识和质量管理意识非常重要。
Objective To understand the status quo of AIDS screening laboratories in municipal medical institutions in Wuhu and provide scientific evidence for improving the quality of testing and safety protection. Methods The questionnaire and laboratory blind assessment, the status of the investigation of the laboratory. Results In 2009, the staff training or refresher rate of AIDS testing in our city was 58.33%, the regular calibration rate of laboratory equipment was 33.33%, only 44.44% of the laboratory external quality control work was carried out, and the laboratory biosafety equipment was not in place. However, overall it has risen in all aspects compared with 2008. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen the construction and management of network laboratories and raise the awareness of biosafety and quality management of laboratory personnel.
