对纵轴式掘进机回转液压缸进行受力分析,计算出回转液压缸的尺寸,分析了现有掘进机回转液压系统的不足,提出了电液伺服控制系统控制回转液压缸,构造此液压系统的数学模型,用Matlab/Simulink软件仿真分析。加入PID控制器进行对比分析,进一步实现了系统优化。
