晋城无烟煤具有独特的物理性质,机械强度高(F3.5),不易破碎,遇水不亲和、不变形。这些特性决定了在晋城无烟煤煤层渗透率改造方法中采用液压压裂法是行之有效的。 煤层气井的产气量一般为数千立方米,一个井的压裂费用及完井、排采费用投入不能超过其产出值是一个绝对的原则。根据这一原则,我们在晋局潘庄矿区煤层气井施工时采用了降低压裂液等级、增大压裂规模等措施,使单井日产气量超过了5000m~3,实践证明这些措施是行之有效的。如何更合理地选定压裂工艺参数、降低施工成本、提高煤层气井产气量还有待今后的进一步研究。
Jincheng anthracite has unique physical properties, high mechanical strength (F3.5), not broken, water incompatibility, not deformed. The gas production in a CBM well is typically several thousand cubic meters. It is an absolute principle that the cost of fracturing a well and the cost of the completion and extraction of the drainage can not exceed its output value. According to this principle, we adopted measures to reduce the level of fracturing fluid and increase the scale of fracturing during the construction of coalbed methane wells in the Panzhuang Mining Area of Jinju Bureau, so that the daily gas production of a single well exceeded 5000m 3. These measures proved to be practicable Effective. How to choose the fracturing parameters more reasonably, reduce the construction cost and increase the gas production in the CBM well remains to be further studied in the future.
