年轻时有贵人相助,自是人生一大幸事。但是生命中的贵人,可遇不可求,每个人都有可能是你的贵人,这就要求我们在与人交往过程中要诚以待人、与人为善。还有,与其抱着过重的功利心,花尽心思成日沉醉于觥杯交错、花天酒地之中,倒不如脚踏实地把自己变得强大起来。每个人真正的贵人,其实就是自己。我们谈到劳动力成本时,把低成本劳动力等同于低素质人才。这是错误的。就我们中国来说,体力劳动者与脑力劳动者同样富足,跨国企业到中国建立研发基地也是看中了中国的低智力成本,我们要对技术人才的成长充满信心,重视智力劳动者与基层技术人员,提供好的成长机会、满足成就感与稳定长远的福利待遇。一个聪明的企业能够发自内心地欣赏员工,关心爱护员工,其中有一个重要表现就是给员工信心与希望,为员工创造好的环境与条件,重视员工的职业规划。我们称之为“梯
