目的:对糖尿病患者营养保健知识及认知进行分析和探讨,使营养保健在糖尿病的综合治疗中发挥更加重要的作用。方法:2014年2月到5月,对某个社区的90例糖尿病患者进行营养保健知识的问卷调查,并根据调查的具体结果对糖尿病患者进行营养保健的干预,并对最终的干预效果进行观察。结果:通过问卷调查的最终结果可以发现,在营养保健的干预之前,糖尿病患者对营养保健的认知水平比较差,对糖尿病患者进行营养保健的干预后,患者的营养保健认知水平有了非常大的提高(P<0.01)。结论:营养保健知识在糖尿病患者的治疗过程中具有重大的帮助,因此我们应当采取多种有效的方式来加强糖尿病患者对营养保健知识的认知程度,帮助患者制定正确的营养保健计划,满足患者的营养需求。
Objective: To analyze and discuss nutrition and health care knowledge and cognition of patients with diabetes so that nutrition and health care play a more important role in the comprehensive treatment of diabetes. Methods: From February to May 2014, questionnaires of 90 patients with diabetes in a certain community were conducted on nutrition and health care.
