目的:分析三维对比剂增强MR血管成像(3DCE-MRA)显示的肾动脉病变;与彩色多谱勒超声比较,明确3DCE-MRA诊断肾动脉狭窄的价值。方法:对13例有粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄临床表现的病人进行3DCE-MRA成像,并根据病变表现进行分类;同时进行彩色多谱勒超声检查,由2位影像专家独立评估其影像学资料。结果:3DCE-MRA显示:6例肾动脉无异常,3例肾动脉狭窄(其中1例为双侧狭窄),4例肾动脉显著狭窄(其中1例为双侧狭窄);彩色多谱勒超声显示:5例肾动脉无异常;4例肾动脉狭窄;4例肾动脉显著狭窄(其中1例为双侧狭窄)。结论:3DCE-MRA检查有无创伤、安全,血管图像清晰准确等优点,可以作为筛选肾动脉狭窄的重要方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the renal artery lesions revealed by three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography (3DCE-MRA). To compare 3DUS-MRA with color Doppler ultrasound to determine the value of 3DCE-MRA in the diagnosis of renal artery stenosis. Methods: Thirteen patients with clinical manifestations of atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis underwent 3DCE-MRA imaging and classified according to the pathological changes. At the same time, color Doppler ultrasonography was performed and two imaging experts independently evaluated the imaging data . RESULTS: 3DCE-MRA showed no abnormalities in renal arteries in 6 cases, stenosis of renal arteries in 3 cases (bilateral stenosis in 1 case) and stenosis in 4 cases (bilateral stenosis in 1 case), color Doppler sonography There were no abnormal renal arteries in 5 cases, stenosis of renal arteries in 4 cases and stenosis of renal arteries in 4 cases (1 case was bilateral stenosis). Conclusion: 3DCE-MRA has the advantages of traumatic injury, safety and clear and accurate vascular images, which can be used as an important method to screen renal artery stenosis.
