1病例报告患儿男,出生12 h。因血尿3次入院。母亲有妊娠期糖尿病,剖宫产,羊水清亮,无窒息抢救史。患儿血尿为全程肉眼,可见血凝块。查体:体温36.7℃,脉搏130/min,呼吸48次/min,血压58/33 mmHg。体质量3.76 kg。足月儿外貌,皮肤散在出血点、无水肿,心肺听诊无异常。腹部隆、软,可扪及肿大的右肾。尿常规:红细胞满视野/HP,白细胞0~2个/HP,尿蛋白
1 case reported children with male, born 12 h. Due to hematuria 3 times admission. My mother has gestational diabetes, cesarean section, clear amniotic fluid, no history of suffocation rescue. Hematuria in children with the whole eye, blood clots can be seen. Physical examination: body temperature 36.7 ℃, pulse 130 / min, breathing 48 times / min, blood pressure 58/33 mmHg. Body mass 3.76 kg. Full-term children appearance, scattered in the skin bleeding point, no edema, cardiopulmonary auscultation no abnormalities. Abdomen long, soft, palpable and enlarged right kidney. Urine routine: full field of red blood cells / HP, white blood cells 0 ~ 2 / HP, urine protein
