一、导流规划和导流标准 (一)导流规划铜街子水电站施工导流规划与水工枢纽布置密切相关。最初曾推荐左岸厂房底板及河床溢流坝缺口交替过水的分期围堰导流方案。提出左岸新华乡台地碎石土边坡稳定问题后,水工建筑物右移,作为替代,在左岸滩地上设置导流明渠,导流方式改为断流围堰明渠全年导流。导流平面布置见图1。
