目的:探讨广西医院医疗费用过快增长的原因及其对策。方法:通过广西卫生统计年鉴,对2010-2011年广西各级住院病人年均医疗费用增长情况进行统计分析。结果:统计发现,医院费用增长幅度要高于居民消费价格指数的增长幅度,而且,药品费用增长更快一些,2005年后,药品费用增长有所减缓,但医疗费无下降趋势。结论:随着医疗卫生体制改革的开展,一些潜在的问题逐渐暴露出来,其中最突出的问题就是医疗费用的快速增长,“看病难、看病贵”成为影响居民生活水平的大事。
Objective: To explore the causes and countermeasures of excessive increase of medical expenses in Guangxi hospital. Methods: According to the Guangxi Statistical Yearbook of Health, statistical analysis was made on the growth of annual medical expenses of inpatients at all levels in Guangxi in 2010-2011. Results: Statistics show that the growth rate of hospital expenses should be higher than that of the consumer price index. Moreover, the cost of medicines has been increasing more rapidly. After 2005, the growth of the cost of medicines has slowed down, but the medical expense has no downward trend. Conclusion: With the reform of medical and health system, some potential problems are gradually exposed. The most prominent problem is the rapid growth of medical expenses. “Difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive medical expenses” have become major issues affecting residents’ living standards.
