[目的]了解保山市、县两级疾控机构各类岗位人员结构分布现状及其科研学术水平状况。[方法]对保山市疾控中心和所辖5个县级疾控中心2010年6月31日全部在岗人员进行调查,分别调查各类岗位人力资源现状及2007~2010年6月以来论文发表和科研论文获奖情况。[结果]市、县两级三类人员年龄与工龄结构以县级较为合理,基本形成老、中、青梯队结构,而市级业务科室一线人员出现中年骨干的结构断层;学历结构已形成本科、大专为主、中专为辅的格局,所学专业构成由高到低分别为临床医学占41.31%、预防医学占18.80%、检验占8.26%,职称结构以初职和中职为主,论文发表第一作者科主任岗位人员占63.89%,科研论文获奖第一完成人科主任岗位人员占93.33%,均高于业务科室一线人员。[结论]各类人员素质结构分布不均,市、县两级疾控机构学术水平和科研能力偏低,科研工作亟急待加强。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of the structure and distribution of personnel in various positions of CDC in Baoshan City and at county level and the status of their scientific research. [Methods] To investigate the current situation of all kinds of post human resources and the papers published since June 2007 and June 2010 in Baoshan City CDC and the five county-level CDCs in June 31, 2010 Awards for research papers. [Results] The age and seniority structure of the three categories of people in cities and counties are relatively reasonable at the county level, basically forming the structure of old, medium and green echelon teams, while the frontline staffs of city-level business departments emerge the structural faults of the middle-aged backbone. The academic structure has been formed Undergraduate, college-based, secondary school supplemented by the pattern, the composition of the study from high to low clinical medicine accounted for 41.31%, preventive medicine accounted for 18.80%, testing accounted for 8.26%, professional title structure to primary and secondary vocational-based , 63.89% of the first author posts post papers published papers, the first prize of research papers completed the human resources director posts accounted for 93.33%, higher than the business department front-line staff. [Conclusion] The quality structure of all kinds of people is unevenly distributed. The academic level and scientific research ability of CDC institutions at municipal and county levels are low, and the research work urgently needs to be strengthened.
