以单相机油为介质 ,固定水的流速及两侧的进口温度不变 ,通过改变机油的流速来测定不同工况时油的出口温度的方法对光滑管、W形及勺形旋流管式三种换热器的传热及流动阻力性能的影响进行了试验研究 ,得到换热器的传热准则关联式和压降随流速变化的流阻关联式 ,为以油为加热和冷却介质的换热器的设计及改造提供了理论依据。由试验结果知 ,W形及勺形旋流管式换热器的传热性能明显优于光滑管式换热器 ,低流速时又以W形旋流管式换热器为最优。如果以油为工作介质 ,宜采用W形旋流管式换热器。旋流管式换热器是高效换热和节能的新技术产品 ,可广泛用于石油化工、动力、车辆等工业生产领域。
