学风是一所高校的群体行为和心理在治学上的表现,是长期形成的一种相对稳定的治学精神、治学原则、治学态度、治学方法和治学效果。随着研究生人数的增加,社会浮躁情绪的蔓延,研究生学风建设日益成为制约高校研究生教育发展的难题。研究表明,通过加强党组织的向心力和约束力,从党的建设角度找到最佳切入点,对引导研究生树立正确的思想观念,规范研究生的学术行为,推进学风建设具有不可估量作用。
The style of study is the performance of a group of colleges and universities in the behavior and psychology of scholarship, is a long-term formation of a relatively stable spirit of scholarship, principles of scholarship, attitude towards scholarship, methods of scholarship and scholarship effect. With the increase of the number of postgraduates and the spread of social impulsiveness, the construction of the study style of the graduate students is increasingly becoming a difficult problem restricting the development of postgraduate education in colleges and universities. The research shows that finding the best starting point from the perspective of party building by strengthening the centripetal force and binding power of the party organizations has an immeasurable effect in guiding graduate students to establish correct ideas, standardize their academic behavior and promote the construction of their study atmosphere.
