目的研究0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊成虫和若虫的继发传递毒性。方法首次毒杀实验采用移液枪头内腔放置给药的方式;继发毒杀实验均使用上次毒杀实验虫尸饲喂的方式进行。结果 0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊成虫前4次继发毒杀的死亡率均可达100%,第5次继发毒杀的死亡率最高达78.3%;而对若虫仅进行2次毒杀的死亡率可达100%,第3次和第4次继发毒杀的死亡率分别为48.3%和15.0%,对成虫的继发毒杀效果明显优于若虫。结论 0.05%氟虫腈对德国小蠊具有良好的多次继发传递毒性。
Objective To study the secondary transmission toxicity of 0.05% fipronil to kill cockroaches and nymphs of German cockroaches. Methods The first poisoning experiment was carried out by pipetting the tip of the pipette cavity; the secondary poisoning killing experiments were conducted in the manner of the last deadly feeding experiment. Results The mortality rate of the first 4 times of secondary poisoning of adult Blattella germanica was up to 100% with 0.05% of fipronil. The mortality rate of the second secondary poisoning was up to 78.3%; while for nymphs only The mortality rate of two poisoning was up to 100%. The mortality rates of the third and fourth secondary poisoning were 48.3% and 15.0% respectively. The secondary toxicity to adult adults was significantly better than that of nymphs. Conclusion 0.05% fipronil has good secondary toxicity to German cockroach.
