本文报道了用甲状腺片处理家兔6天后,由耳静脉内注射25μg/kgA或NA的结果。证实两种激素构成的复合因子能使动物心肌产生显著坏死。实验性心肌坏死的心电图改变与人类心肌梗塞时心电图的动态改变如ST段抬高、坏死型Q波及冠状T波的形成非常类似。病理上存在三种不同类型的坏死亦与人类心肌梗塞的病理改变基本相同。据此提出上述两种激素构成的复合病因很可能是人类心肌梗塞发生的主要原因。
This article reports the results of injections of 25 μg / kg A or NA from the ear vein after treatment of the rabbit with thyroid tablets for 6 days.
