含氮杂环的查尔酮具有抗痢疾生物活性。采用纤维素负载的铜为催化剂,无需加入配体或者共氧化助剂,通过氮杂环与4-溴苯乙酮的C—N偶联反应合成中间体化合物4-氮杂环基苯乙酮(产率为56.4%~80.4%),然后与数种取代苯甲醛通过Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应得到一系列含氮杂环查尔酮衍生物(产率为49.3%~90.2%)。产物通过1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、MS和元素分析测试。
Chalcone containing a nitrogen-containing heterocycle has anti-dysentery biological activity. Cellulose supported copper catalyst was used to synthesize the intermediate compound 4-azacycloacetophenone by C-N coupling reaction of nitrogen heterocycle and 4-bromoacetophenone without adding ligand or co-oxidizer. (Yield from 56.4% to 80.4%). A series of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic chalcone derivatives were obtained by the Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction with several substituted benzaldehydes (yield 49.3% -90.2%). The product was tested by 1H NMR, 13CNMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis.
