研究表明,运动员广泛应用肌酸作为提高运动能力的营养补剂,补充肌酸可以引起肌细胞内肌酸和磷酸肌酸含量增多。磷酸肌酸可以立即应用合成ATP,然而磷酸肌酸在骨骼肌内的储存量是有限的,以至于在大强度运动中10秒钟内就可以达到耗竭水平。因此,如果能够提高肌肉内的磷酸肌酸储存量,就会推迟磷酸肌酸的耗竭,这会对肌肉工作产生有利的影响。有研究资料显示,补充肌酸能提高运动员在短时间的爆发性运动能力,也可提高运动耐力,延缓疲劳的发展。本综述旨在促进国内运动科学界对肌酸了解、研究和应用。
Research shows that athletes widely used creatine as a nutritional supplement to improve exercise capacity, creatine supplementation can cause intracellular creatine and creatine phosphate increased. Creatine Phosphate can be used immediately to synthesize ATP, however creatine phosphate stores in skeletal muscle are limited so that depletion can be achieved within 10 seconds of intense exercise. Therefore, if you can increase muscle creatine stores, it will delay the depletion of creatine phosphate, which will have a beneficial effect on muscle work. Research data show that creatine supplementation can improve athletes in a short period of explosive exercise capacity, but also improve exercise tolerance, delay the development of fatigue. This review aims to promote understanding, research and application of creatine by the national sports science community.
