教育管理模式对学校管理有着重要的作用。本文从中职学校学生特点分析出发,在阐述中职学校应用以人为本教育管理模式的必要性的基础上,提出了中职学校以人为本教育管理模式构建对策。该研究对提高我国中职学校的教育管理水平有一定的借鉴意义。
Educational management mode plays an important role in school management. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of secondary vocational school students, this paper elaborates the necessity of applying the people-oriented education management model in secondary vocational schools and puts forward the countermeasures to construct a people-centered education management model in secondary vocational schools. The research has certain reference significance for improving the education management level of secondary vocational schools in our country.
