目的研究低分子肝素对酒精性肝损伤大鼠的影响。方法制备大鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,成模后部分大鼠小剂量低分子肝素(100 IU/kg)皮下注射进行干预,4周后分别取血和肝组织,从病理组织学、超微结构及分子免疫学等方面观察低分子肝素对酒精性肝损害大鼠肝脏的影响。结果与模型组比较,低分子肝素治疗4周后,大鼠血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白含量明显下降(P<0.01);酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)结果显示,血清瘦素水平显著降低(P<0.05);光学、电子显微镜观察见脂肪变性、炎症反应、纤维化程度明显减轻(P<0.01)。结论低分子肝素通过改善脂肪代谢、降低瘦素表达而对大鼠酒精性肝损伤起到一定的保护治疗作用。
Objective To study the effect of low molecular weight heparin on alcoholic liver injury in rats. Methods The model of alcoholic liver injury was established in rats. Subcutaneous injection of low-dose low molecular weight heparin (100 IU / kg) was performed in rats after modeling. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can protect and play a protective role in alcoholic liver injury in rats through improving fat metabolism and reducing leptin expression.
