目的：探讨直肠癌患者白细胞和癌细胞体外抗癌药敏相关性。方法：用 Ｍ Ｔ Ｔ 法体外测定直肠癌（１３ 例） 患者白细胞和癌细胞抗癌药物敏感性。结果：患者白细胞、癌细胞对 Ａ Ｄ Ｍ、 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ、 Ａｒａ Ｃ、 Ｖ Ｃ Ｒ、 Ｍ Ｔ Ｘ 的敏感率没有显著差异，对５ Ｆ Ｕ、 Ｍ Ｍ Ｃ、 Ｄ Ｄ Ｐ 白细胞药敏率显著低于癌细胞（ Ｐ＜ ０００１） 。结论：白细胞、癌细胞体外抗癌药敏感性测定，对于直肠癌病人化疗用药和预防骨髓抑制有一定的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the anticancer drug sensitivity of leukocytes and cancer cells in patients with rectal cancer. METHODS: Anti-cancer drug sensitivity of leukocytes and cancer cells in patients with rectal cancer (13 cases) was measured in vitro using the MTT method. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of white blood cells and cancer cells to A D M, C T X, Ara C, V C R, and M T X, and the sensitivity of 5-FU, M M C, and D D P leukocytes. The rate was significantly lower than that of cancer cells (P < 0001). Conclusion: The determination of the sensitivity of leukocytes and cancer cells to anticancer drugs in vitro has certain clinical significance for chemotherapy and prevention of myelosuppression in rectal cancer patients.
