以中学管理者为研究对象,对其行为文化的内涵、意义及影响因素作以剖析,进而提出优化策略。影响当前中学管理者行为文化的因素有中学校园的物质基础、我国现行的中学内部领导制度、我国传统文化和中学校园内的关键人物。从校园文化建设的角度,管理者行为文化的优化策略主要有:以精神文化为核心,强调管理行为的一致性;以制度文化为约束,提高管理行为的规范性;以个人修养为根本,提升管理行为的自觉性。
Taking the middle school manager as the research object, this paper analyzes the connotation, significance and influential factors of the behavior culture, and then puts forward the optimization strategy. The current influencing factors of secondary school administrators’behavior and culture are the material basis of secondary school campuses, the current internal leadership system of secondary schools in our country, the key figures in Chinese traditional culture and secondary school campuses. From the perspective of campus culture construction, the optimization strategies of managers’behavior culture mainly include: taking spiritual culture as the core, emphasizing the consistency of management behaviors; restraining with institutional culture, improving the standardization of management behavior; Consciousness of management behavior.
