Ⅰ型糖尿病和部分Ⅱ型糖尿病病人需长期胰岛素治疗,以维持体内正常代谢和生理功能,部分病人需终身替代治疗。为了减轻胰岛素皮下注射给病人造成的痛苦和不便,进行了胰岛素经鼻给药的兔体糖尿病模型实验研究及临床自体三角肌皮下注射和滴鼻对照研究。结果表明:胰岛素经鼻给药吸收快,用药后30min至1h效应达高峰,持续时间在3h以上。动物实验经鼻给药效应相当于同等剂量皮下注射给药的90%以上;临床研究经鼻给药效应相当于同等剂量皮下注射给药的815%以上。
Type I diabetes and some patients with type 2 diabetes need long-term insulin therapy to maintain the body’s normal metabolism and physiological function, some patients need lifelong substitution therapy. In order to alleviate the pain and inconvenience caused by subcutaneous injection of insulin, the experimental study of diabetic nasal administration in rabbits and the clinical subcutaneous injection and intranasal control study of deltoid were performed. The results showed that: Insulin nasal administration absorbed fast, 30min to 1h after treatment reached its peak, the duration of more than 3h. In animal experiments, the nasal administration effect is equivalent to more than 90% of the same dose of subcutaneous injection administration; the nasal administration effect in clinical studies is equivalent to 81.5% or more of the same dose of subcutaneous injection.
