飞机理论外形曲面往往由多个曲面片接合构成,为实现接合区域曲面的局部重构,首先将曲面离散成规则的点,然后基于CATIA软件曲面造型功能构建网格曲面,同时提出基于逆向点云快速构建曲面的思路,生成单一、最小包络零件几何体的矩形曲面,实现了曲面控制点数与曲面光顺和重构精度的最佳匹配,并对曲面拟合误差、重构曲面品质进行了分析。
In order to realize the local reconstruction of the surface of the joint region, the theoretical surface of the aircraft is composed of a plurality of patch joints. First, the surfaces are discretized into regular points, and then the mesh surface is constructed based on CATIA software surface modeling function. Meanwhile, The idea of fast surface construction is generated, and the single and minimal envelope geometry is generated. The best match between surface control points and surface smoothness and reconstruction accuracy is achieved. The fitting error and the surface quality are analyzed.
