差额票决制在选人用人公信度的发展与完善方面产生了积极影响,是提高选人用人公信度的强大动力,可以说差额票决制是选人用人公信度的“加速器”。选人用人公信度是直接关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败、关系到国家的长治久安、关系到人民生活的幸福安康的大事。当前,虽然干部选拔任用机制有了长足发展,但是在选人用人公信度方面还存在着明显不足,如何提高选人用人公信度的问题已经提上日程。从差额票决制的角度探讨提高选人用人公信度的问题,以期为健全完善干部选拔任用机制,提高选人用人公信度提供一定的借鉴。
The difference vote system has had a positive impact on the development and improvement of the credibility of the selection and employment, and is a powerful impetus to improving the credibility of the selection and employment. It can be said that the difference vote system is the “accelerator” for selecting the credibility of employment. The credibility of selecting and employing people is directly related to the success or failure of the socialist cause, the long-term peace and stability of the country and the happiness and well-being related to people’s lives. At present, although there has been a great development in the selection and appointment of cadres, there is still a marked lack of credibility in the selection and employment of personnel, and the issue of how to increase the credibility of the candidates for employment has been put on the agenda. This paper discusses the issue of improving the public confidence in selecting and employing people from the point of view of the system of difference votes, with a view to providing some reference for improving and perfecting the mechanism of selecting and appointing cadres and improving the public confidence of selecting and employing people.
