分析了气介式超声换能器的振动模式及其两反相区的相消作用 ,提出了在中心反相区构造一个λ /2气隙谐振腔以消除反相区相消作用 ,并通过谐振方式加强外侧辐射区辐射功率的补偿方法 .该方法有效地提高了气介式超声换能器的灵敏度 .
The vibrational modes and the destructive effects of the two anti-phase regions of the gas-dielectric ultrasonic transducer are analyzed. A λ / 2 air-gap resonator is constructed in the central anti-phase region to eliminate the canceling effect of the reverse phase region. Resonance mode to strengthen the outer radiation area of the radiation power compensation method. This method effectively enhance the sensitivity of the gas-dielectric ultrasonic transducer.
