激光击穿光谱(LIBS)是一种新的多元素同时探测的技术,但是光谱的采集时间、延时、门宽、等参数是影响将该技术推向实用化过程中的重要因素。本文利用LIBS技术对水溶液样品中的金属元素进行了时间演化研究,并通过对Al、Cd、Cu、Fe、Pb、Zn等五种元素的连续背景和采集时段对信噪比的影响分析,得到了这些元素的连续背景光谱强度只由实验条件决定,并且在同一个波长位置上的背景光谱强度不受元素种类和浓度的影响;采用相对较晚的采集延迟时间及相对较宽的采集门宽可以增加LIBS技术的检测能力,得到更低的检测限。实验所得的结果为探测工业废水中金属元素的含量的应用研究提供依据。
Laser breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new multi-element simultaneous detection technique, but the spectral acquisition time, delay, gate width, and other parameters are important factors that affect the technology into practical use. In this paper, LIBS technique was used to study the time evolution of metal elements in aqueous samples. Through the analysis of the continuous background of five elements, such as Al, Cd, Cu, Fe, Pb and Zn, and the signal to noise ratio The continuous background spectral intensities of these elements are determined only by experimental conditions and the background spectral intensities at the same wavelength are not affected by elemental species and concentrations; the relatively late acquisition delay time and the relatively wide acquisition gate width LIBS technology can increase the detection ability, lower detection limit. The experimental results provide the basis for the research on the application of metal elements in industrial wastewater.
