百里香多糖具有多种生理功效,主要体现在药用价值和食用方面。本文重点介绍了百里香多糖的性质、应用价值,提取纯化,含量测定以及生理功效的研究现状,指出了研究百里香多糖的现实意义和未来的发展前景,为百里香多糖的研究提供理论参考。
Thyme polysaccharides have a variety of physiological effects, mainly in the medicinal value and consumption. In this paper, the properties, application value, extraction and purification, content determination and physiological effects of Thymus polysaccharides are introduced. The practical significance and future development prospect of Thymus polysaccharides are pointed out. It provides a theoretical reference for the research on Thymus polysaccharides.
