关节轴承的计算方法

活动结合用关节轴承在建筑机械中时有应用,但是在一般的设计手册中尚无计算方法介绍。现根据西德Hunger Maschinen公司的有关资料介绍一种关节轴承的计算方法供参考。关节轴承属于滑动轴承的范畴,但是其计算方法与滚动轴承有类似之处,包括动载荷设计、寿命设计、结构设计、公差设计。一、动载荷设计构成关节轴承的内外环的材料间的摩擦系数是影响轴承摩擦扭矩的主要因素。相对运动速度、工作温度、轴承的大小也都会对 Joint use of joint bearings in construction machinery has been applied, but there are no calculation methods introduced in the general design manual.
