The low credit credit ratio and the sluggish credit product market are prominent issues in the development of China’s bond market. The diversification of credit risk and the lack of hedging mechanism are the main reasons for the sluggish credit market in China. The key to promoting the development of China’s credit market by innovating the credit fulfillment insurance products, actively cultivating the credit derivatives market, and steadily pushing the innovation and development of asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities products. Establishing a credit product system including credit bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage debt vouchers and credit derivatives, and establishing a market system suitable for the trading of credit products and derivative products, are the long-term goals for the construction of the credit product market in China.
