作者分析1981～1989年间85例三叉神经带状疱疹临床资料,发生率占同期带状疱疹病例的8.58％(85/991)。年龄最大83岁,最小15岁,平均49岁,50岁以上占51.76％(44/85),发病与年龄呈正相关,男:女为2.4:1。发病在春夏秋三季占83.53％,夏季最多(34.12％),其次是春季(25.88％)和秋季(23.53％)。皮损左侧多于右侧,为3:2。侵犯三叉神经第一支79例(92.94％),第二支15例(17.65％),第三支2例
The authors analyzed the clinical data of 85 trigeminal herpes zoster cases from 1981 to 1989, accounting for 8.58% (85/991) of the herpes zoster cases in the same period. The oldest is 83 years old, the youngest is 15 years old, with an average of 49 years old, 51.76% (44/85) over 50 years old. The incidence is positively correlated with age, with male: female 2.4: 1. The incidence was 83.53% in spring, summer and autumn, the most in summer (34.12%), followed by spring (25.88%) and autumn (23.53%).
