我院1994～1995年3月,门诊及病房收治儿童鼻窦炎患儿20余例,均经x线拍片证实,其中误诊10例。为吸取教训,提高儿科医生对儿童鼻窦炎的认识,现就其误诊情况分析如下。 1 临床资料 一般资料:本组共10例病人,男8例,女2例,年龄在7～12岁之间,主要症状:发热8例,头痛7例,头晕3例,眼痛1例,流脓涕5例。
