目的建立一种离子色谱检测方法,用于同时测定饮用水中F-、ClO2-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2-、ClO3-、Br-、NO3-、PO4-、SO42-10种阴离子的浓度含量。方法选用美国戴安ICS-1100离子色谱仪,Chromeleon变色龙操作系统工作站,AS19阴离子色谱柱,采用RFIC免试剂系统,以1ml/min的流速,测定F-、ClO2-、BrO3-、Cl-、NO2-、ClO3-、Br-、NO3-、PO4-、SO42-10种阴离子的浓度。结果采用离子色谱法,对一混合标准工作溶液,平行测定6次,计算相对标准偏差,和测定回收率,其中RSD在1.09%~3.98%之间,<5%。加标回收率在97.2%~103.6%之间,在浓度范围内,待测物的线性关系良好。结论该方法具有简便易操作、重现性好、灵敏度高等优点,并且检验时间短,<20min,其阴离子可全部分离完全。此法完全能够满足国家标准的检验需要,是完善的、理想的检验方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of F-, ClO2-, BrO3-, Cl-, NO2-, ClO3-, Br-, NO3-, PO4-, and SO42-10 in drinking water by ion chromatography content. Methods Dionex ICS-1100 ion chromatograph, Chromeleon Chameleon operating system workstation and AS19 anion chromatography column were used to determine the contents of F-, ClO2-, BrO3-, Cl-, NO2 -, ClO3-, Br-, NO3-, PO4-, SO42-10 anions. Results Ion chromatography was used to determine the relative standard deviations (RSDs) and the recovery rates (RSDs between 1.09% and 3.98%, <5%) for a mixed standard working solution measured 6 times in parallel. The spiked recoveries ranged from 97.2% to 103.6%. The linearity of the analytes was good within the concentration range. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple and easy operation, good reproducibility and high sensitivity, and the test time is short, <20min, the anion can be completely separated completely. This method can fully meet the testing needs of national standards, is a perfect, ideal test method.
