修井车是油田试油作业中的专用设备之一,主要用于完成油气井中的起下钻杆、油管、抽油杆、深井泵等井下工具或进行抽汲、打捞等井下工作,该设备使用广泛,适用性强,也是野外常用的提升设备之一,设备安全的重要性不言而喻。如何正确操作设备,避免井架拉伤事故,是人员和设备安全的重要保障。因此我们从修井车井架底座拉伤事故(见图1)作为一个切入点,从根源分析,找到隐藏在事故背后的隐患,从源头上杜绝此类事故在我们单位发生。
