实施依法治国和党的执政方式法治化是中国共产党在20世纪末21世纪初依据形势和任务的转变作出的两项重要举措。当代中国,依法治国最大的特色就是坚持党的领导下的法治。法治的核心问题也就是党的执政方式能否使依法治国和党的领导二者之间真正统一起来。因此探析依法治国与党的执政方式法治化之间的关系具有十分重要的意义。
To implement the principle of governing the country according to law and the ruling style of the party is the two important measures taken by the Chinese Communist Party in the late 20th century and early 21st century based on the changes in the situation and tasks. In contemporary China, the most prominent feature of governing the country according to law is to uphold the rule of law under the leadership of the party. The core issue of the rule of law is whether the party’s governing style can truly unite the rule of law with the leadership of the party. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the relationship between governing the country according to law and the rule of law of the party in power.
