新课程强调以学生为本的教学观,突显学生的主体地位与权利,重视学生个性张扬和发展。语文教师在课堂前中后要有以下四种意识:教师要有对话意识,营造教学环境的平等点;教师要有留白意识,预设教学内容的生成点;教师要有关注意识,关注教学对象的兴趣点;教师要有捕捉意识,捕捉教学过程的突转点。只有养成这些意识,才能促进课堂生成性资源的开发利用能力的培养,才能让新课程走向成熟。
