The 6th Steel Tube Technology Symposium of the Northern 8th Metallurgical Society of North China, co-sponsored by Hebei Metal Institute, “Welded Tube” Periodicals and other units, was successfully held in Hebei University of Technology (Tianjin) on June 5-8, 2001 . There were 106 delegates from over 80 units in 20 provinces and cities nationwide participating in this conference. Hebei Province Metallurgical Industry Office, Hebei University of Technology and other units attended the meeting
