目的分析微创经皮肾镜碎石术时的有效手术配合及护理方法。方法随机选择2016年1月~2016年10月在本院接受治疗的肾结石患者50例参与研究,所有患者均接受微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,总结有效的手术配合及护理方法。结果手术平均时间(110.34±18.64)min;术后平均住院时间为(6.72±0.84)天;没有患者出现并发症。结论在进行微创经皮肾镜碎石术时配合有效的手术护理,能够提高手术效果,促进患者恢复,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effective surgical cooperation and nursing method of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods Fifty patients with nephrolithiasis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 were selected randomly. All patients underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the effective surgical cooperation and nursing methods were summarized. Results The mean operation time was (110.34 ± 18.64) min. The average postoperative hospital stay was (6.72 ± 0.84) days. No patient had complications. Conclusion In the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with effective surgical care, can improve the surgical results and promote patient recovery, it is worth promoting.
