在MTB10A和SAVE12钢的基础上,调整W、Mo、Co、V、Nb合金元素的成分,采用3水平13因素正交试验的设计和分析方法,通过慢速率高温拉伸试验,研究了在650℃下W、Mo、Co、V和Nb等元素对高温软化率的影响规律,并经蠕变试验验证,证明了高温软化率可预测钢的蠕变性能,为研究设计具有优良高温力学性能以及蠕变性能的火电机组用钢提供依据。
