保証葯品質量,維护人民用葯安全和有效,是衛生部門葯政工作主要任务之一。对品种繁杂的中葯質量,应採取什么方式和措施才能比較有效地起到保証作用,是葯政工作者考虑很久的問題。最近北京市公共衛生局、商業局、供銷合作社于1958年5月27日發出了联合通知;决定凡国营、合作社营及公私合营中葯經营与制造單位,以及設有中葯房的医疗單位均須建立經常性的葯品質量檢查制度。通知各單位于本年七月底以前建立完畢,並开始工作。这一制度的建立,將对北京市中葯質量的保証和杜絕伪劣葯品危害人民健康起一定作用,衛生部門借此也將更多更具体地掌握葯品質量情况。由于这項中葯質量檢查制度是通过职工
