本文采用固、液体无机磷培养基研究了一株从土壤中分离得到的土生克雷伯氏杆菌102菌株,在室内纯培养条件下的溶磷能力。平板透明圈试验结果表明:菌落与菌落+透明圈直径之比为2.4~4.0;液体纯培养条件下,在无可溶性磷存在时其溶解磷矿粉的量高达72.83mg P L-1,在含有10mg P L-1、20mg P L-1磷酸二氢钾时102菌溶解磷矿粉的量分别为61.92、66.36mg P L-1;高效液相色谱测定102菌发酵液中主要含有乙酸、乳酸等有机酸。
In this study, solid and liquid inorganic phosphorus medium was used to study a strain of Klebsiella pneumoniae 102 isolated from soil, and its ability to dissolve phosphorus under pure culture condition in laboratory. The results of transparent circle plate test showed that the ratio of colony to colony + diameter of transparent ring was 2.4-4.0. Under pure liquid culture, the amount of dissolved phosphate rock was as high as 72.83 mg P L-1 in the presence of no soluble phosphorus, 102 mg P L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate 102 bacteria dissolved phosphate rock powder were 61.92,66.36 mg P L-1; high performance liquid chromatography 102 bacteria fermentation broth contains mainly acetic acid, lactic acid Other organic acids.
