目的:采用HPLC法对不同来源的红参超微饮片进行指纹图谱研究,为红参超微饮片质量控制提供依据。方法:色谱柱:Inertsil WondaSil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)键合硅胶色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(梯度洗脱);流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:203nm;柱温:35℃。结果:以11个共有峰为评价指标,精密度和重复性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于2%,10批样品相似度>0.9。结论:此方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于红参超微饮片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the fingerprint of red ginseng from different sources by HPLC and provide the basis for the quality control of red ginseng. Method: Column: Inertsil Wonda Sil C18 (4.6mm × 200mm, 5μm) bonded silica gel column; mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (gradient elution); flow rate: 1.0mL / min, detection wavelength: 203nm; ℃. Results: With 11 common peaks as the evaluation index, the RSDs of the relative retention time and the relative peak area of each common peak in the precision and reproducibility experiments were both less than 2%. The similarity of the 10 batches was> 0.9. Conclusion: The precision, stability and repeatability of this method are good, which is helpful to the quality control of red ginseng slice.
