微生物驱油是一种经济有效的三次采油方法。文中针对微生物在水油性油藏中的传输驱油问题进行渗流数学理论研究。根据石油微生物学的多孔介质中微生物传输作用机理,建立了适合于两种微生物多种组分相互作用的组分模型。利用先进的数值模拟理论,研制了油藏数值模拟组分模型模拟器,从而为微生物驱油的油田开发问题研究提供了理论方法和数值模拟工具。该模型模拟组分为12个,除考虑水、油特性外,全面考虑了微生物的生长与衰竭、竞争排斥、诱导、阻遏、乳化、降解、扩散、沉浮、吸附等特性。模拟结果表明:该模型模拟器具有较强的功能,能深入细致地反映微生物的传输运移机制和各个组分的物理化学反应规律,可对微生物驱油的各类问题进行全面的研究。参11(朱维耀摘)
Microbial flooding is a cost-effective tertiary recovery method. In this paper, the mathematical theory of percolation is studied for the problem of transport and flooding of microorganisms in water-oil reservoirs. According to the mechanism of microbial transport in petroleum microbiology in porous media, a component model suitable for the interaction of various components of two microorganisms was established. Using the advanced numerical simulation theory, the reservoir numerical simulation component model simulator was developed, which provided a theoretical method and numerical simulation tool for the research on oilfield development with microbial flooding. In addition to water and oil properties, the model has 12 simulated components, which fully consider the characteristics of microbial growth and failure, competitive exclusion, induction, repression, emulsification, degradation, diffusion, sedimentation and adsorption. The simulation results show that the model simulator has strong functions and can deeply and finely reflect the transport mechanism of microorganisms and the physicochemical reaction rules of each component, and can comprehensively study various problems of microbial flooding.
