在自密封的螺旋槽径向轴承中 ,轴承间隙实际上并没有全部充满润滑油 ,形成了气液界面——自由边界 .自由边界不仅会影响轴承的承载力和稳定性 ,更重要的是会影响动密封性 .本文开发了求解径向轴承自由边界的数值方法 ,给出了仿真结果并讨论轴承参数对自由边界的影响 ,为更精确地计算承载力等特性以及优化设计打下基础 .
In the self-sealing spiral groove radial bearing, the bearing clearance is not actually filled with lubricant, forming a gas-liquid interface-free boundary. The free boundary not only affects the bearing capacity and stability of the bearing, but more importantly, Which affects the dynamic sealing performance.This paper develops a numerical method to solve the free boundary of radial bearing, gives the simulation results and discusses the influence of bearing parameters on the free boundary, which lays the foundation for more accurate calculation of bearing capacity and optimization design.
