In order to investigate the lysine requirement of Bifidobacterium in different growth stages, we investigated the growth of Btoducta in different growth stages [size Ⅰ: (52.49 ± 0.18) g, size Ⅱ: (101.85 ± 1.8) g] The content of amino acids of 1.29%, 1.71%, 2.09%, 2.48%, 2.88% and 3.27% isobaric feed such as nitrogen for 10 weeks breeding experiment. The results showed that (1) 2.88% and 3.27% groups significantly increased the rate of weight gain, specific growth rate and protein efficiency, and significantly reduced the feed conversion coefficient and food intake compared with the control group; 2.48% The specific growth rate of Specimen Ⅱ significantly reduced the feedstuff coefficient, and the specific growth rate and food intake of Specimen Ⅱ were increased in 3.27% group. (2) In the 2.88% and 3.27% groups, the fish body thicknesses of Specimen Ⅰ and Specimen Ⅱ were significantly increased (3) The 2.48% group significantly reduced the serum ALT activity of standard Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and significantly increased the urea content of standard Ⅰ; 3.27% increased the level of serum albumin, total protein and ball of Ⅱ (4) 2.48%, 2.88% and 3.27% groups significantly increased the level of serum of type I and type II, respectively (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Lysine could protect the liver of fish from increasing the level of protein and protein. The content of serum arginine and total essential amino acids of the standard Ⅰ were significantly reduced. According to the specific growth rate of fish body, the optimal lysine requirement of specifications I and II was 2.07% and 2.19% of the feed dry weight (6.27% and 6.63 %).
