病案作为一种资源,不但在医、教、研中积极地发挥着作用,同时在医院决策和管理中有着重要的作用。如何开发病案资源、促进医院经济发展,讨论如下: 一、随着医学模式的转变和疾病谱的变化社区服务的内容要随时调整。利用病案统计显示不同地区城乡居民的主要死亡原因,常见疾病发病危险因素,针对不同的情况加强卫生宣教,真正达到预防疾病的目的。为医院创造良好的社会效益,这是医院的无形效益。
